However if, as it seems, the image is not a portrait of Mary Astell and it's a general chain error on the internet, you should start the procedure on Wikimedia Commons to change the image title or the removal of the page. In this way, you contribute to breaking this chain of errors and you will avoid Commons users from using it in other projects.
